What is exactly crisis mode? I would define it as a time when resources are running out along with options. In business, big losses, staffing problems, supply shortage, and more can lead to a bigger crisis than necessary. You can manage a crisis by mapping out your situation with possible solutions. Look back at your current situation and come up with a few different routes you can take to rebound from a problem. Go over the possible outcomes of each route and select the one you see best fit. Keep in mind that panic mode and yelling or demanding will not solve the crisis, you should remain calm. Think before you act.
